Student Academic Report

This program will list students based on grades, testing scores/labels and GPAs.

Example: Give me all 6th grade students in the district that scored BAS or higher on SCI or SOCIAL STUDIES and had a GPA of 2.5 or higher over a 2 semesters period.

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, List and Student Academic Report.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

GPA >= - Choose the greater than or equal to grade point average that you want the report to list.

Test Name - Choose the standardized test.

Test Scores - Choose the standardized test score label (if applicable).

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

GPA - Student's current year grade point average of the student

Test Names & Levels (EOC, ACT, etc.) -

Test Dates - Dates the standardized tests were taken
