Course Request List video


This program will provide a list of students with each of their course requests. The report can be sorted either by student name or by course.

Use the following steps to create the Course Request List.

  1. Login to WebPams.
  2. Select Scheduling from the list of program areas on the left of the screen.
  3. Select List.
  4. Select Course Request List.

Setup Box

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Grade to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  3. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if both genders are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.
  4. Select Ethnic. Leave the Ethnic field blank if all ethnics are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Ethnic to select the desired ethnics to be included.
  5. Click OK to display the report.
  6. The report will display in Course name order. The order can be changed by clicking on the column header of any of the columns.


Definitions of Column Headers

Name--Student Name
SidNo--local Student Identification Number
Grade--grade level of the student
Gender--gender of the student (M--male; F--female)
Ethnicity--primary ethnicity of the student (0--White; 1--Black; 2--Hispanic; 3--Asian; 4--Native Am/Alaskan Native; 5--Hawaiian/Pacific Islander
Course--name of the course requested for each student


Purpose of the buttons at the bottom of the report

Setup--Displays the setup box. Setup options can be changed to view a different set of students.
Print--Clicking this button gives a Print Document popup. Select either PDF, XLS, CSV, or HTML and click the Print button. A print preview will appear. Click on the printer in the bottom right corner of the print preview window; then click the print button at the top left of the window.
