How-to Instructions

This set of instructions is for printing Homeroom Affidavits w/signatures.

  1. Log in to WebPams
  2. Select Student Master from the program list on the left
  3. Click on Lists
  4. Select Homeroom Teacher Affidavit with/Signatures

In the Set up Box

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  3. Select the As-of-Date. This represents active students as of the date you choose. It usually defaults to the current date. This program is usually used to verify rosters for MFP funding dates which are Oct 1 and Feb 1; although, they can be printed as of any date.
  4. If you want to double space the list of names on the rosters, click the check box beside Double Space; otherwise, leave it unchecked.
  5. Click OK to move to the next screen.
  6. To Print the rosters, click the print button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. A list of homeroom teachers with a check box to the left of their names will appear on the screen. Leave all teachers unchecked to print the complete list of rosters or you can check the box to the left of value at the top of the list to print all rosters. If you want a select few of the rosters to print, click the check box to the left of the teachers' names for which you want rosters to print.
  8. Click the printer icon at the bottom right of the print preview window. The printer dialog box appears. Click print button at the top of the print preview window.
  9. Close the print preview window.
