Transportation Code Loader

Jump to navigationJump to searchThis is a fast loader for student's transportation codes and can also be used as a list after the codes have been loaded to the students.
On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Loaders and Transportation Code Loader.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Transportation Codes - After the codes have been loaded to the students, you can make a list of students with specific code(s). Choose the code(s) that are needed.
In the List Students area:
- Show All Active/Inactive Students - This will show all students regardless of their active or inactive status.
- Loaded- Display students based on whether they are assigned to a bus or not; All, Assigned, or Unassigned.
- SPED- All, Sped Only, or Non Sped - Display students based on their SPED status.
Click the OK to advance to the next screen.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Code - This is the student's transportation code that is assigned to them.
