These instructions will show you how to view student attendance graphically based on a specific date range. There are three graph types: Bar Graph, Pie Graph, and Line Graph.
- Log in to WebPams
- Select Attendance from the program list on the left.
- Click on Trends
- Select Attendance Trends Graphing
Setup Box
- Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings. This program can be run for current year or previous years.
- Choose a From Date and To Date. Be sure the From and To dates are correct for the school year selected.
- Click Ok to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- Codes – Numbers associated with attendance codes when posting attendance.
- Description – A description that corresponds with the code assigned.
- E – Excused absences recorded for the selected date range.
- U – Unexcused absences recorded for the selected date range.
- O – Late arrival/early departure check out days from school and/or any tardies recorded
- Total – Total number of students with the particular absence code
- Percent – Percentage of the total student body with the absence code
Graph Options
- Graph Style – You may choose a Bar Graph(Number of transactions), Pie Graph (Pie Shape), or a Line Graph(Range Axis).
- Date Option – Review results by the Month or by the Week
- Unit Type – Counts(Number of Transactions), Percent(Percentage of Transactions)
- Absence Type – Transactions(Number of transactions), Days(Number of Days)
- Graph Type – Gender, Ethnicity, (Sped)Special Education, Grade, Time Span (Number of Days), Site(School Site),
- Time of Day - Hour of Day
- Day of Week,
- 3 Year - 3 Year Span
