Attendance Trends Graphing

How-to

These instructions will show you how to view student attendance graphically based on a specific date range. There are three graph types: Bar Graph, Pie Graph, and Line Graph.

1. Log in to WebPams
2. Select Attendance from the program list on the left.
3. Click on Trends
4. Select Attendance Trends Graphing

Setup Box

1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings. You may also run this program for previous years.
2. Choose a From Date and To Date. Be sure the From and To dates are correct for the school year selected.
3. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
