STS - Met Graduation Requirements for Act 883 and LAA1 students

If a student has a special code of AC8 - Act 833 Student or ACS - Act 833 EOC Alternate 5% Scale, then the following information will be submitted in STS at position 122 - Met Assessment Requirements for Graduation (Met GEE/EOC) flag of the 020 record:

• Y if a student has passed all assessments required for graduation.
• A if a student has passed all assessments required for graduation and one or more of the assessment requirements through alternate means. (Example: A student has an EOC Level of Alternate for Algebra I in the Test Score Editor)
• E if a student is exempt from all assessment requirements. (Example: A student has an EOC Level of Exempt for Algebra I in the Test Score Editor)
• The space is left blank if all requirements have not been met.

If a student is flagged as LAA 1 in SER, then the following information will be submitted in STS at position 122 - Met Assessment Requirements for Graduation (Met GEE/EOC) flag of the 020 record:

• Y if a student has passed all assessments required for graduation.
• G if a student has passed all assessments required for graduation and has met one or more of the assessment requirements for a diploma with a student growth portfolio. (Example: A student has an EOC Level of Growth for Algebra I in the Test Score Editor)
• E if a student is exempt from all assessment requirements. (Example: A student has an EOC Level of Exempt for Algebra I in the Test Score Editor)
• The space is left blank if all requirements have not been met.
