On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Interfaces, and Eagle Upload.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Export SIDNO - Student's identification number
- Export SASID - Student's state assigned identification number
- Pad SIDNO with Zeros to nine characters - adding leading zeros to the beginning of the SIDNO to make nine characters

Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers
Column headings will differ based on the tab chosen from the bottom of the report.
Tabs at the bottom of the report
- Class Information -- Record type 1 with information detailing the class
- Teacher Information -- Record type 2 with school, teacher ID, teacher's first, middle, and last name
- Teacher/class Information -- Record type 4 with school ID, teacher ID and class code
- Student Information -- Record type 3 with school ID, student ID, first, middle, last name of student, DOB, grade and gender
- Student/class Information -- Record type 5 with school ID, student ID, and class code
- Course/ST Code Error List -- List of state code errors from the report
- Teacher Error Listing -- List of teacher with errors
Print Options
To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.
Export -- exports the Eagle Upload file to JDRIVE to be saved. The export creates a file with all three (3) files needed to upload to the website.
Double click the DRC folder to view the file created.
Right-click on the file 2016_class_tea_student_eagle.txt and click download. The file opens in a print preview. This file contains record type 1, 2, and 3.
Save the file and upload to Eagle website.
Web Site-- Logon to Eagle Web site. https://www.louisianabelieves.com/assessment/eagle. You must have a username/password to access the site. Check with your District testing coordinator for this information.
JDRIVE -- site used to access the Eagle upload file. The folder consists of three (3) files.
