Teacher Service/Age Report

This program will provide information related to employees based on object and/or function code(s).


  1. On the left, select Human Resources. The, under List, select Teacher Service/Age Report.
  2. To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
  3. For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
    Object Code(s)--code associated with a general group of employees such as supervisor, administrator, teacher, etc.
    Function code(s)--code associated with the specific group such as teacher, secretary, principal, etc.
  4. Click OK to move to the report screen.


Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

Experience Years--total years experience including experience in other districts
Years Employed--years employed in this district
DOB--Date of Birth of the employee
Age--Age of the employee
Cert Area--code(s) teacher certification area(s)
Cert Number--numeric number assigned by Teach Louisiana
Cert Suffix--suffix of the Teach Louisiana assigned certificate number


Buttons at the bottom of the screen

Setup--returns to the setup box so you can review the setup options. Setup options can be changed via this button without closing the program.
Print--refer to the instructions below to print the report.
Help--connects to the documentation that provides step-by-step instructions for how to run this program.
