Homeroom Count by Grade

This program will give a Homeroom Count By Grade for the school(s) that were selected.

1. On the left, click on Student Master.
2. Under "Counts", select "Homeroom Count by Grade"
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. Active Only--The system defaults to a check in the box indicating Active Only. If this box is unchecked all students will be selected.
5. As of Date--The date defaults to today`s date. This date may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or by clicking on the calendar to select a date.
6. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Definitions of Column Headers

1. Homeroom--Homeroom teacher`s name
2. SCH---School number for the enrolling school.
3. 01,02, .......99--Grades reporting homeroom numbers.
4. Total--Total number of students reported by homeroom. Also each school will have a Totals For School in the Homeroom column which will be in the totals column.
