SPC Permission Audit List

This program generates a list of Parents/Guardian without SPC (Student Progress Center) data access.

1. On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists.
2. Under Lists, select SPC Permission Audit List and the setup box will appear.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next item is not found on the standard setup options document.
   • Show all without access to SPC--Lists all parents/guardian without any access to SPC
5. Click OK to move to the next screen.

M no access--Mother no access to SPC

F no access--Father no access to SPC

G no access--Guardian no access to SPC
