COMPATIBILITY VIEW
- Top left of screen, click on “Tools”
- Make sure there is no check by “Compatibility View”
- In “Compatibility View Settings”, uncheck the three boxes:
- Include updated website lists from Microsoft
- Display Internet sites in Compatibility View
- Display all Websites in Compatibility View
- Click “Close”
POP-UP BLOCKER
- Top left of screen, click on “Tools”
- Choose “Internet Options”
- Click on the “Privacy” tab
- Remove the check from “Turn on Pop-Up Blocker”
- Click on “Apply” and “OK”
TO CLEAR HISTORY/CACHE
- Top left of screen, click on “Tools”
- Choose “Internet Options”
- On the “General” tab, under Browsing History, place a check in the box:
- Delete Browsing History on Exit
- Click on “Delete”
- Place check marks only in:
- Temporary Internet Files
- Cookies
- History
- Download History
- Click on “Delete”
- Click on “Apply” and “OK”
