COMPATIBILITY VIEW Top left of screen, click on “Tools” Make sure there is no check by “Compatibility View” In “Compatibility View Settings”, uncheck the three boxes: Include updated website lists from Microsoft Display Internet sites in Compatibility View Display all Websites in Compatibility View Click “Close”

POP-UP BLOCKER Top left of screen, click on “Tools” Choose “Internet Options” Click on the “Privacy” tab Remove the check from “Turn on Pop-Up Blocker” Click on “Apply” and “OK”

TO CLEAR HISTORY/CACHE Top left of screen, click on “Tools” Choose “Internet Options” On the “General” tab, under Browsing History, place a check in the box: Delete Browsing History on Exit Click on “Delete” Place check marks only in:

	Temporary Internet Files

Cookies History Download History Click on “Delete” Click on “Apply” and “OK”
