This program will create an audit of the dual enrollment courses in the transcript file for a specific year.

Getting Started

  1. Select Transcripts from the list of program areas on the left of the screen.
  2. Select Lists.
  3. Select Dual Enrollment Audit.

Setup Box Options

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Grade to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  3. Select Ethnicity. Leave the Ethnicity field blank if all ethnics are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Ethnicity to select the desired ethnics to be included.
  4. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if both genders are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.
  5. Select Missing to list the students that are missing selected information about their dual enrollment courses.
  6. Select Include Current Year records to include the current year's dual enrollment courses.
  7. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Definition of Column Headers

Student: Name of student.
Sidno: Student local id number.
ST Gd: grade level of the student
Eth: Ethnicity of student 0 through 5.
Gen: Gender of student.
TR Gd: Student's grade level when the course was earned
Sch: School number offering the course.
Year: TS session year
Course: Course student is enrolled .
Sem: Semester of school year.
Enrolled Dist: School district in which the student is enrolled.
Enrolled Sch: School in which the student is enrolled.
College Hr: Number of college hours for the course.
Honors: Marked by a D to signify a dual enrollment course.

Buttons at the Bottom of the Screen

  1. Setup: Allows you to return to the setup box and adjust the settings without exiting the program.
  2. Print: Click the Print button to obtain a printout of the report.
    • To Print This Report: Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML. Click the Print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
    • To See the Print Icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear; click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
