Out of Zone Loader

This Loader program will allow the school to load students that are attending a school that is out of their school zone. The report will give the current school, request school, zone school, the NZ school, OOZ code, begin date, and end date.

1. Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Lists, select Consecutive Absence Report.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
5. OOZ Codes--The cell defaults to blank for the selection of all codes to be reported. Click in the cell and a select codes pick box will populate. Choose the codes needed for the report by clicking in the square to the left of the code. Once all selections are made click OK at the bottom of the page.
6. Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
7. Under Lists, select Consecutive Absence Report.
8. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
9. Click OK to run the report.
