Picture Master

This program will allow you to upload pictures for your school or edit pictures that need to be replaced. This is completed from a data source(disc, etc.) from the photographer. Pictures in the data source must be identified by the student ID number for this update program to work.

  1. Under Student Master/Entry select Loaders
  2. Select Picture Master


Setup Box

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Gender--Leave the Gender field blank if both genders are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.
  3. Update--Select Student/Parent or Staff to be updated
  4. Ethnic--Leave the Ethnic field blank if all ethnicities are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Ethnic to select the desired ethnicities to be included.
  5. Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  6. Homeroom to restrict scores to a group of students in a specific homeroom or homerooms. Click in the field to get a list of homeroom teachers on the screen. Click the check box to the left of the Homeroom teacher(s) you want to display. To select all students click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the homeroom teacher(s) list. By leaving the field blank, all students will be included on the list. By selecting the box beside the blank line only students that have not been assigned to a homeroom teacher will be included on the list.
  7. Sport to restrict students to a group of students in a specific sport(s). Click in the field and a list of sports will be displayed. Click the check box to the left of the sport you want to display. To select all sports click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the sport(s) list. Selecting the box beside the blank line will select the individual sport desired.
  8. Club to restrict students to a group of students in a specific club(s). Click in the field and a list of clubs will be displayed. Click the check box to the left of the club you want to display. To select all clubs click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the club(s) list. Selecting the box beside the blank line will select the individual club desired.
  9. Program to restrict students to a group of students in a specific program(s). Click in the field and a list of programs will be displayed. Click the check box to the left of the program you want to display. To select all clubs click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the program(s) list. Selecting the box beside the blank line will select the individual program desired.
  10. Click OK to move to the next screen.


To update existing student pictures one at a time use the following steps.

The screen will display two sections. Student or staff names meeting the criteria set in the setup box will be listed on the left. The right side of the screen will display the current picture along. You will select/choose a picture to replace the existing picture using the Choose File button.

  1. Click the Choose File button to navigate to the location of the pictures file.
  2. Select the picture based on the student ID. The new picture will display above the Choose File button.
  3. Click the Update Picture button. The current picture will be changed.
