911 Address List

How-to

  1. Log into WebPams
  2. On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on "Lists"
  3. Under "Lists", select "911 Address List"
  4. On the setup box
    • Select the desired "Year"
    • 911 address is the student's physical address. Check "Use Mailing Address If 911 Address Not Found" if the student has a mailing address but does not have a physical address in the Student Master
    • "District", and "School" should be defaulted based on security
    • “Grade” should be left blank if all grade levels are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level to be included
    • “Gender” should be left blank if both genders are to be included into the call. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of “Gender” to select the desired ethnicities to be included
    • “Ethinc” should be left blank if all ethnicities are to be included into the report. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of “Ethnic” to select the desired ethnicities to be included
    • "Order To List" allows for the list to be sorted in the desired way upon click "OK". The options for sorting are:
      1. "Alpha Order" will sort the list alphabetically by the student's last name
      2. "Grade Order" will sort the list alphabetically by the student's last name within the student's grade level
      3. "Homeroom Order" will sort the list first by homeroom teacher name and then alphabetically by the student's last name
      4. "Counselor Order" will sort the list first by couselor name and then alphabetically by the student's last name
      5. "Club Order" will sort the list first by the student's club and then alphabetically by the student's last name
      6. "Classroom Order" will sort the list first by classroom and then alphabetically by the student's last name
    • "Homeroom" will only display students who are in the homeroom teacher's class selected. Leave blank to list all students regardless of homeroom teacher
    • "Counselor" will only display students who are apart of the counselor's group that has been selected. Leave blank to list all students regardless of counselor
    • "Club" will only display students who are in the club selected. Leave blank to list all students regardless of club
    • "Sport" will only display students who are in the sport selected. Leave blank to list all students regardless of sport
  5. Click "OK" after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired. A list of students with 911 address information will appear based on the settings of the setup box
  6. All list programs are numbered along the left side so you can see a total.
  7. By clicking on down arrow on the right side of any column header, additional options are available to you
    • Sort Ascending - alpha order
    • Sort Descending - reverse alpha order
    • Configure Sort - allows you to do a custom sort by multiple columns
      1. Clear Sort
    • Auto fit all Columns - allows you to adjust all columns’ width to fit the text in each field automatically
    • Auto Fit – does the same but only in the column you are working on
    • Column - allows you to hide columns by unchecking the columns you do not want to see
    • Group by - when grouping, all items are sorted and then collapsed into drop down items to make the information easier to access in an organized fashion. It is an expanded level of sorting
      1. Ungroup
    • Freeze - allows you to keep a chosen column stationary while scrolling from left to right
  8. By clicking "Print", you will be given a box that allows you to make a choice of saving or printing in different formats
    • By highlighting rows within the list and then clicking print, the rows highlighted will be the only rows printed
    • Click + Drag
    • Control + Click
