This program will give you a list of service providers and the students they service.

  • Click on SPED

  • Click on Reports

  • Click on Service Provider Log Summary. Click on the name to get a list of students for this provider. Click on the student for service information.

  • Click in the box under Menu and enter the first letter of the service provider's name and a list of provider's will come up.
