This document will provide step-by-step instructions on loading bus numbers for students. The same program can be used to print bus rosters.

  1. Login to WebPams.
  2. Select Loaders under the Student Master program area on the left of the screen.
  3. Select Bus Loader.


Setup Box Option

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  3. Select whether to show All bus assignments or only Morning or only Evening.
  4. Select whether you are loading bus assignments or bus stops.
  5. Bus--When loading bus assignments this field needs to be left blank to get a list of all students. If printing bus rosters, click in this field and select the bus number(s)s for which you need a roster.
  6. Select Order by. The choices are Alpha, Morning Bus, Evening Bus.
  7. Select Page Break. The choices are None, Morning Bus, Evening Bus.
  8. Select the As of Date using the individual month, day, and year or the calendar icon at the end of the year field.
  9. In the List Students area:
    • Select whether to show all active/inactive students
    • Select Loaded--All, Assigned, or Unassigned
    • Select Show--All, Sped Only, or Non Sped
  10. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
  11. The students will be listed on the left side of the screen with bus/stop numbers listed on the right.
