- Log into WebPams page
- On the left, click on Grades
- Under the heading Entry click on WebGradebook
- At the bottom of the WebGradebook, verify the school year and teacher. Choose the course then marking period
- At the top of the WebGradebook, click on the button Reports
- Select Charts and a new menu will appear on the right.
- There will be several options for Charts;
- Selected Student will give a choice of graphs of the grades of an individual student
- Selected Assignment will give a choice of graphs of the students grades for one assignment
- All Assignments”will give a choice of graphs for all students grades for all assignments
- Final Grade will give a choice of graphs for the final marking period grades for the students
- Once a type of graph is selected, another menu will appear with the options for style of graph:
- Bar
- 3D Bar
- Pie
- 3D Pie
- Line
- Student vs Class (line)
- A print preview of your Chart(s) will appear. At this time you can choose to print or save the report.
How to create the DSC Report for students in Pre-K or Kindergarten--There will be two files created for each grade. You will export both files that are created.
- Login to WebPams.
- Select Lists under the Student Master program area on the left of the screen.
- Select DSC Report.
Setup Box Option
- Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
- Select Grade. This file must be created once for Pre-K and once for Kindergarten. Do NOT create the file for both grades at the same time.
- Select the As of Date
- Select the State ID Type to export--Sidno or SSN. Your district technology department will know which of these two values to include on the report.
- Click the check box if you want to pad Sidno's with zeros. This is optional.
- Click Ok to move to the next screen.
- There will be two tabs created--Child and Classroom.
- You must export both sets of data--child data and classroom data.
To Export this report use the following set of instructions
- The Child data will be the active tab.
- Click the Export button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- Select CSV; then,
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- A file will be created and saved in your Download Folder. The file name will be of the format below.
- District_Name_Year_ChildData_PreK.csv or District_Name_Year_ChildData_PreK.csv
- NOTE Do NOT open this file as any leading zeros will be deleted because it will be opened automatically by Microsoft Excel.
- Change to the Classroom tab and repeat the export process.
- Click the Export button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- Select CSV; then,
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- A file will be created and saved in your Download Folder. The file name will be of the format below.
- District_Name_Year_Classroom_Kindergarten.csv or District_Name_Year_Classroom_Kindergarten.csv
- NOTE Do NOT open this file as any leading zeros will be deleted because it will be opened automatically by Microsoft Excel.
