On the left navigation panel, select Discipline, Count, and Monthly Incident/Admin Action Count.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Bus Admin Actions Only - Administrative actions taken on bus referrals only.
- Incident Codes - The infraction(s) that occurred with the student.
- Admin Codes - Disciplinary action taken by the Administrator.
Click OK
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
Other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Month - All twelve months of the year are listed. You will have numbers only in the month(s) that apply.
- The numbers in the column headers correspond to the incident codes. There are tabs at the bottom of the report that describe the incident codes.
