TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER

Top left of screen

Click on “Tools”

Choose “Options”

Click on the Content

Make sure there is not a check in:

“Block pop-up windows”

Click “OK”

TO CLEAR HISTORY/CACHE

Top right of screen

Click on the 3 "Bars"

Choose “Options”

Choose "Privacy"

Click on “Clear All Current History”

Check the first 4 details and click on "Clear Now" button

Click “OK”

DISABLE TOOLBARS/EXTENSIONS

Top left of screen

Click on "Tools"

Choose “Add ons”

Choose "Extensions"

"Enable/Disable"

PRINT DRIVER

To default to Adobe Acrobat

Go to the menu bar at the top and select tools->options

Click on the button "Applications"

In the search box you can type "PDF"

Change the action (right hand side) to be "Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)"

RESOLUTIONS

The best display screen resolution is 1024 X 768 or higher.
