Delete Log List

This program will give a list from the Student Master or Discipline that have had a record deleted, by the person that deleted it, the reason, and date deleted.

Headers

1. Dist-School district
2. Sch-School for the report
3. SIDNO-Student Identification Number
4. Table-This will select both the Student Demographics and Discipline deletions, if left blank. Click in the cell to select either of the two.
5. User Name-This will select all users that have deleted a record(s), if left blank. Click in the cell to select certain users.
6. Students-This will select all students that have had a record(s) deleted, if left blank. Click in the cell to select certain students.
7. From Date-Defaults to the current date. This may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or the calendar to select a date.
8. To Date-Defaults to the current date. This may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows or the calendar to select a date.
