Out Of Zone List

This program list students who live out of their school zone. Out of Zone must be loaded in Student Master before this program can be run.

Instructions

1. On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists.
2. Under Lists, select Out of Zone list and the setup box will appear.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
   • VOOZ Code - out of zone codes for the district
   • VMatch on Year - match information on the current year chosen
5. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Physical Address--address where you live

Mailing Address--address where you receive your mail

Request School--School requesting out of zone transfer

Zone School--School zone the student lives in

OOZ Code--Out of zone code

Begin Date--Begin date for out of zone request

End Date--End date for out of zone request
