On the left, click on Grades. Under the heading Entry, click on WebGradebook. At the bottom of the WebGradebook, verify the school year and teacher. Choose the course then marking period.
- Select an assignment by clicking in a cell under the assignment title.
- Select Reports button at the top of the window. A drop down list will appear.
- Select Grades from the list. A new drop down list will appear to the right.
- Select Assignment Report from the drop down list.
- A list of students and the grades they earned on the assignment will appear
- By clicking on down arrow on the right side of any column header, additional options are available to you
- Sort Ascending - alpha order
- Sort Descending - reverse alpha order
- Configure Sort - allows you to do a custom sort by multiple columns
- Clear Sort
- Auto fit all Columns - allows you to adjust all columns’ width to fit the text in each field automatically
- Auto Fit – does the same but only in the column you are working on
- Column - allows you to hide columns by unchecking the columns you do not want to see
- Group by - when grouping by teacher names, it will sort all the same teacher names together but in a format that allows you to see one teacher’s sorted list at a time in a more organized manner. It is an expanded level of sorting
- Ungroup
- Freeze - allows you to keep a chosen column stationary while scrolling from left to right
- By clicking on down arrow on the right side of any column header, additional options are available to you
- Click "Print" to print or save the report
