From EDgearWiki
Jump to navigationJump to searchThis program will provide a list of graduating seniors with indicators for the following categories: honors courses, early graduate, certificate of achievement, academic endorsement, and career endorsement. Use the following instructions to obtain this list and/or print it.
How-to
- Select Student Master on the left side of the screen.
- Select Lists.
- Select Prospective Graduation List
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
- Select Exclude SBLC Codes--During the school year no senior will have an SBLC Code so this field can be left blank. After seniors have finished the year and SBLC codes have been entered you can select those codes that would be used to identify seniors who will not graduate.
- Check the box to include Certificate of Achievement students on the report. Leave the box unchecked if you do not want to include them. NOTE: The Prospective Graduation List does not look at the Special Codes field to determine COA; it looks at the leave code field. The student must be exited with a code of 62 06 E Certificate of Achievement.
- Check the box to include Option 3 Students on the report. Leave the box unchecked if you do not want to include them.
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
