RollCall Verification

How-to
- On the left, Click on "Attendance"
- Under "List", select "RollCall Verification"
- On the setup box
- Select the desired "Year"
- "District", and "School" should be defaulted based on security
- "Date From" and "Date To" should be set so that the desired roll call date range is selected
- For "Show:", select whether to have the report show those who have taken roll, "Roll Call Taken", or those who have not taken roll, "Roll Call Not Taken"
- Check the box "Use Homeroom" if homeroom class is when roll call is recorded
- Click in the field to the right of "Class Period" to select the period in which to review roll call taken or not
- Click in the field to the right of "Course Name" to select the course in which to review roll call taken or not
- Click "OK"
- Based on the setup options selected, a list of teachers will appear on the screen
- Click "Print" to print the report
- Click "Email Count" to e-mail a lunch count to the cafeteria
