Student Without Referrals

This report gives list of students with no referrals. You also have the option to get a list of students with no referrals and add in the students with minor referrals.

How-to

1. On the left, click on Discipline
2. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
   • Click on Students Without Referrals that appears under List
3. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
   • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
   • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
   • From and To should be set so that the desired detention date range is selected. Click the down arrows to change the date or click on the calendar on the right side of the cells.
   • Exclude Minor Referrals - place a check here to see a list of students with no referrals and students with minor referrals all in one list. Only students with major referrals would not be on this list.
4. Click OK once all setup options have been set properly

Definitions of Column Headers

1. Site: School name
2. Student Name: Name of student
3. Sidno: Student ID number
4. Grade: Grade of student
5. Homeroom: Homeroom teacher of the student

Button at the bottom of Page

1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
