Edgear Demographic At Risk Membership

This count program, Edgear Demographic At Risk Membership, will give a count of students that meet the description selected in the setup box. By clicking on the number once the program has run, a list of students is populated from the school and grade that was selected.

1. Select Student Master on the panel on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Count, select Edgear Demographic At Risk Membership.
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
   • Absences--Enter the number of consecutive absences and then select either of the following conditions
     • greater than or equal (>=) the number of absences
     • equal (=) the number of absences
     • less than or equal (<=) the number of absences
   • Select the Letter to be printed. The list of available letters comes from the Letters module under the Student Master section on the left side of the screen.
5. Click OK to move to the next screen.
