Exit a Student

- Log into WebPams
- Click on "Student Master" under "Entry"
- Check the Student Master setup box
- Select the desired "Year"
- "District", and "School" should be defaulted based on security
- Click "OK"
- After finding the student in the Student Master, either through the find button or the search bar, click on the "Leave Date" field to begin the process of exiting a student
- Click on the drop down menu to the right of "Leave Code" to select the appropriate exit code
- Click in the field to the right of "Leave Date" and, from the calendar provide, select the first nonattendance date as the leave date for the student
- Enter the "Transferred To" information if known and also date records request sent
- Click "Close"
- If all information is correct, click "Save"
