State School List

Overview - This popup box provides a way for a staff member to select another school/district of where grades are earned when using the Transcript Workstation. After clicking on the green Save box on the end of the row of a grade record, a Save window will popup. Click in the Credit Site field to see the State School List.

Column Headers

D - Delete any district/schools.

District Name - The district's name.

School Name - Name of the school.

Site - This is the site code.

Add Site - The user will need permissions in User Management to use the Add Site button. Otherwise, the button will be grayed out.
