Service Provider Log Summary/Mobile

Click on Reports
Click on Service Provider Log Summary.
Click in the box under Menu and enter the first letter of the service provider's name and a list of provider's will appear. Click on the providers name to get a list of students.
Click on student name.
A summary of the student's service information, student's service provider, and log start date.
