Bell Schedule Loader

If your school has different bell schedules for different student groups, this program provides a means by which students are assigned to a specific bell schedule.

  1. Log in to WebPams.
  2. Select Student Master in the program list on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Loaders.
  4. Select Bell Schedule Loader.
  5. The Setup Box will appear.

Setup Box Options

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Select the As of Date.
  3. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if all genders are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender(s) to be included.
  4. Select Ethnic. Leave the Ethnic field blank if all ethnics are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Ethnic to select the desired ethnic(s) to be included.
  5. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Grade to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  6. Select Homeroom. Leave the Homeroom field blank if all homerooms are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Homeroom to select the desired homeroom(s) to be included.
  7. Select Sport. Leave the Sport field blank if all sports are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Sport to select the desired sport(s) to be included.
  8. Select Club. Leave the Club field blank if all clubs are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Club to select the desired club(s) to be included.
  9. Select Program. Leave the Program field blank if all programs are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Program to select the desired program(s) to be included.
  10. Click in the Semester field to select which semester bell schedule to be loaded.
  11. Select the Class Period. Leave the Class Period blank if all class periods are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Class Period to select the class period(s) to be included.
  12. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
  13. The students will be listed on the screen with columns for the fees to be loaded.
