SIS School List video

How to Generate a Roster of Students that have a School in the SIS school field.

  1. Log in to WebPams.
  2. Select Lists under the Student Master area on the left of the screen.
  3. Select SIS School List and the Setup Box will appear.


Setup Box Options

  1. Year--Defaults to the current school year.
  2. District and School--Defaults to your district and school based on your security settings.
  3. Grade--To select all students either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select one or more grade levels for the report click the check box by the grade level(s).
  4. Gender--To select all Genders either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To select either male or female click the check box by the gender.
  5. Ethnic--To select all Ethnics, either leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list. To print one or more (but not all) ethnics click the check box by the ethnicity.
  6. Indicate which group of students you want to Show on the report: All, Sped Only, or Non Sped.
  7. Click OK to move to the next screen.


Definitions of Column Headers

Last Name--Student's last name
First Name--Student's first name
Middle Name--Student's middle name
Suffix--suffix such as I, II, III, Jr, etc
Sidno--Student's 7-digit local ID number
Ethnic--Ethnicity of the student
Gender--Gender of the student
Grade--Grade level of the student
ESchool--School in which the student is Enrolled
SISSchool--Assigned school for state reporting purposes
ECode--Entry code
EDate--Entry date
LCode--Leave code
LDate--Leave date
  • Click the iGear icon to see the student's Demographic, Attendance, Grades, Discipline, Test Scores, and Transcript information.

To Print this Report

  1. Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
  3. The default print option will be PDF.
  4. Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
  5. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
  6. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
  7. Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
