Emergency Contact Roster

  1. Click on Reports button at the top of the window.
  2. Select Rosters from the drop down list. A new list will appear on the right.
  3. Select Emergency Contact Roster.
  4. This option will provide a staff member with Gradebook assess to pull up emergency contact information.
  5. Check the box of the student to print their emergency contact.
    • SIDNO - Student's identification number.
    • Student Name - Name of the student.
    • Emergency Address - The address of the emergency contact.
    • Emergency Name - The name of the emergency contact.
    • Emr Home Phone - The home phone number of the emergency contact.
    • Emr Cell Phone - The cell phone of the emergency contact.
  6. Print - To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.
