How-to

1. Click Reports at the top of WebGradebook.
2. Hover over Rosters. A new menu list will appear at the right.
3. Select Student Permissions.
   • Video/Photo - Yes/No permission to video/photograph the student.
   • Internet - Yes/No permission for the student to access Internet while on campus.
   • Public List - Yes/No permission to remove student from public lists.
   • AUP - Yes/No permission for Acceptable Use Policy. (if a student has signed their AUP)
   • Consent - It shows student's permission for the school district to provide their personally identifiable information to the LADOE. (DNC or CON)
   • Test Evaluation - Yes/No permission
   • Lev - Yes/No permission
   • Inv - Yes/No permission
   • Int - Yes/No permission
   • Emr - Yes/No permission
   • Drm - Yes/No permission
   • Vis - Yes/No permission
   • Dent - Yes/No permission
   • Tub - Yes/No permission
   • Acs - Yes/No permission
   • OTC - Yes/No permission
   • Bus - Yes/No permission
