How to

The Testing List Program will generate rosters for teachers to use when coding student test booklets for state testing. Use the following steps to generate these lists.

  1. Login to WebPams.
  2. Select Lists found under the Student Master program area on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Testing List.


Setup Box Options

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
  2. Check the Include SSN Number if this number is needed for completing student test answer sheets.
  3. Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
  4. Select Gender. Leave the Gender field blank if both genders are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Gender to select the desired gender to be included.
  5. Select Ethnic. Leave the Ethnic field blank if all ethnics are to be included. Otherwise, click in the box to the right of Ethnic to select the desired ethnics to be included.
  6. Select Order to List. The choices are Alpha, Grade, Homeroom, or Counselor.
  7. Select the As-of-Date. This represents active students as of the date you choose. It usually defaults to the current date.
  8. Select Homeroom to restrict the lists to a group of students in a specific homeroom or homerooms. Click in the field and a list of homeroom teachers will be displayed. Click the check box to the left of the Homeroom teacher(s) you want to display. To select all students click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the homeroom teacher(s) list. Selecting the box beside the blank line will select students that do not have been assigned to a homeroom teacher.
  9. Select Counselor to restrict the lists to a group of students assigned a specific counselor or counselors. Click in the field and a list of counselors will be displayed. Click the check box to the left of the counselor you want to display. To select all students click the check box to the left of Value at the top of the counselor list or leave the field blank. Selecting the box beside the blank line will select students that do not have been assigned to a counselor.
  10. Select the Multi-Ethnic check box to designate students who have multiple ethnicities indicated in the Student Master. The indicator on the report will the letter M.
  11. The Show Sped selection allows you to restrict your list of students to All students, Sped Only, or Non Sped.
  12. The Show 504 selection allows you to restrict your list of students to All students, 504 Only, or non 504.
  13. Click OK to move to the next screen.


Definitions of Column Headings

Student Name--Name of student
Sidno--local ID number of student
Address--mailing address of student
City--city
State--state
Zip--zip code
Phone--student's phone number
School--school where student is enrolled
Grade--grade assignment for student
Gen--gender of student
Eth--ethnicity of student; if letter M is in this cell, the student has been identified as multiple ethnics
Homeroom Teacher--student's homeroom teacher
Counselor--counselor assignment
BDate--student's date of birth
SSN--student's social security number; inclusion is optional
State ID--ID used at the state for identification purposes; this field is usually left blank
Spec Code--special codes assigned to students
Title I--indicator whether or not a student is receiving Title I services
Age--age of student
Lunch--free/reduced/paid status lunch code
LEP--indicator whether or not a student is identified as Limited English Proficiency
SE--Special Education
Exceptionality--SE category
LAA--indicator whether a student has been identified as alternate assessment
504--indicator whether a student has an active 504 student
504 Condition--disability related to the 504 status
ACC 1--ACC 6--504 accommodation(s)
Mig--indicator whether a student is a migrant student
HM--indicator whether a student is homeless
SIS School--site code reported to the state during the SIS submission process periods
Base School---site where student is enrolled during summer school; if it is during a regular school session both SIS school and Base School will be the same.


To print the report

  1. To print the report, click the print button at the bottom of the report display.
  2. A popup will appear with several options: PDF, XLS, CSV, and HTML.
  3. For the PDF version, click the print button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. A print preview will appear on the screen.
  5. Move the cursor to the bottom right of the print preview and a gray rectangle will appear.
  6. Select the printer icon (far right end of the gray rectangle) and a printer dialog box will appear.
  7. Click the Print button at the top left of the printer dialog box to print the report.
