Call Group Loader

These instructions will show you how to use the Group Loader program for creating groups of employees to be used in the JCALL module. It limits the list of persons receiving the message based on their group assignment.

1. Log in to WebPams
2. Select Human Resources from the left side of the screen.
3. Select Loaders
4. Select Call Group Loader.
5. Click Ok and the Setup Box will appear.

Setup Box Options

1. School Year--default value will be current school year.

   District and School--default value will be based on security settings for your username.

   Staff Group--leave blank for all; select a group(s) to limit employees to that group(s)
