This report will give a list of students that have had a Social Security Number change during the date range given in the setup box.

How to

Select Student Master from the program list on the left. Click on Lists, then Old SSN Report.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Select Order to List
  • Alpha order
  • Current SSN order
  • Old SSN order

Click Ok to move to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

This report will include both old and new social security numbers along with the local student identification number.
