Homeroom Count by Grade

This program will give a Homeroom Count By Grade for the school(s) that were selected.

On the left, click on Student Master. Under Counts, select Homeroom Count by Grade.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Click OK to move to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers. For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• 01,02, .......99--Grades reporting homeroom numbers.
• Total--Total number of students reported by homeroom. Also each school will have a Totals For School in the Homeroom column which will be in the totals column.
