Next School Loader

This document will provide instructions using the Next School Loader. Students can be fast loaded by selecting all students that are being assigned to the same school and then selecting the school or the students may be assigned individually for special cases.


Select Student Master on the panel on the left side of the screen. Under Loaders, select Next School Loader.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

NOTE: For the school year setting, stay in the current school year to mark students for the next school year.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Check Next Year Schools CB to show schools for your next school year. For instance, if you added a school to your district for the next school year, it will appear on the list if the box is checked. Unchecked, the new school will not appear.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers. For other columns not listed in the common column list:

  • NSch--Column for selecting the next school
  • Value--School ID number
  • Description--Name of school


Buttons at the bottom of the display

Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.
Print--To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.
Help--This button links to the JCampus video and written instructions.
