Assignment Audit
This report will give a count of assignments in WebGradeBook for each teacher/class in a given grading period.
On the left navigation panel, select Grades, Count and Assignment Audit.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Set Marking Period of your school.
- Next to the word Report, click in the down arrow and set to “>=” (greater than, equal to)
- To the left of the word Assignment(s), set to “0” Also, the report can be set to “Equal or greater than”, “Equal to” or “Less than or equal” by choosing the appropriate Report option and corresponding number of assignments.
- For Report Type at bottom of setup box, choose Summary.
- Select Exclude Non-Displayed Assignments.
Click the OK to advance to the next page.
The report usually takes a couple minutes to produce results, so a little wait time is not uncommon. When data is displayed on the screen, a user reviews the number of assignments posted in WebGradebook as well as a count of missing grades. Click on the count of missing grades to see students/assignments. To sort the report by Number of Assignments, click on the title of the column. To sort the report by Course Name, click on the title of the column.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Enrolled - number of students enrolled in the section, click to see a printable roster of the students
- Assignments - total number of assignments, click to see a printable list of the assignments
- Posted - total of assignment grades posted, click to see a printable list of the posted assignment grades
- Missing - total assignment grades missing, click to see a printable list of assignments with missing grades
- Category - category assigned to the course assignment
- Weight - weight assigned to the course assignment
- Total Points - total points for the assigned lesson in the section
To Print this Report
Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
The default print option will be PDF.
Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
To print a portion of the report, highlight the section to print, then click Print Selected.
