Employee Birthday List

This program allows the user to view a list of employee birthdays.

Select Human Resources on the panel on the left side of the screen.

Under List, select Employee Birthday List.

If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.

The next items are not found on the standard setup options document:

Sort By - sort by either Year or Month to sort birthdays by a certain year or certain month. You will see the sort change in the birth date column.

Specific Month and/or Day Range - Check the Option box to allow for a month to be chosen, regardless of year, to search within. Check the box Use Day to further search for certain days within the month chosen.

Click OK to get your report after all values are set.
