Lesson Book Status Audit

This report will show the teacher's lesson book submit status.

1. On the left, click on Grades.
2. Under Entry, select Lesson Book Status Audit
3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.

Week of - choose the week of lesson plans that you want to view

Click the OK button.

Status - shows the status of lesson plans

Icon - White - lesson not submitted; Gray - lesson submitted but not reviewed by administrator; Green - lesson approved by administrator; Red - lesson not approved by administrator

To Print

1. Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
2. A print preview window will appear.
3. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
4. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
5. Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
