This program will print out the rosters of the alternate of alternate schedules. When teachers are absent and no substitute teachers are brought in, alternate schedules are set up to accommodate this. When the alternate teacher is also absent, an alternate of alternate schedule is set up.

  1. On the left, click on Scheduling.
  2. Under "Lists", select "Print Alternate of Alternate Rosters"
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
  • Absent Teacher - Select the teachers that are absent.
  • Only Show Alternate of Alternate List - Place a check in the box if you only want to show the alternate of alternate list.

Click OK to move to the next screen.
