This program audits the currently active Service Providers against the Human Resource Master to display the Service Providers that do not have an active contract for the selected year.

Special Education > Reports > Service Provider Human Resource Audit

Setup Options

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.

OK - Click to continue.

Column Headers

Staff Name - Service Provider name.

SSN - Staff members social security number.

Staff ID - Staff member's identification number.

Site - Staff member's school(s) site number(s).

Last Contract Date - The most recent contract date.

Object Function Code - Staff Member's list of Object function codes found in the PEP200 Site/Contract records.

Area of Certification - Staff members certification area.
