This program will display/print teacher schedules horizontally in a square format. Each square includes the course name, section number, room number, grade of the course (not necessarily the grade of the students), max number allowed to be scheduled to the class, and number scheduled.

Teacher Schedule w/Squares by Transcript Group video

Getting Started

  1. Select Scheduling from the list of program areas on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under Lists select Teacher Schedule w/Squares by Transcript Group.

Setup Options

  1. Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings. If you are a district AD 700 user you will have to click in the school cell to make a school selection.
  2. Select Master Schedule Grades. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Master Schedule Grades” to select the desired grade level(s) to be included
  3. Select Semesters. Leave the field blank to print Master Schedule for all semesters or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list to the left of value. Click the check box by the semester(s) you want to include on the report.
  4. Click OK to move to the next screen.
  5. Click Break on Teacher to page break for each teacher when printing the report.
  6. Select the Campus Location Taught to print all courses, on campus only courses, or off campus only courses.
  7. Select the Core Groups for the report. You must select all of the groups to include all of them on the report. Or you may limit the report to only one group or more than one group.
  8. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Results

  1. A grid of teachers with adjacent classes will be displayed.
  2. Print: Click the Print button to obtain a print preview of the report. Click Print again to route the report to a specified printer.
