How-to

  1. On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on "Lists"
  2. Under "Lists", select "English Proficiency List"
  3. On the setup box
    • Select the desired "Year"
    • "District" and "School" should be defaulted based on security
    • “Grade” should be left blank if all grade levels are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the box to the right of “Grade” to select the desired grade level to be included
    • The "As of Date" limits the list to only those students who are active on the date selected
    • Under "List If", check the desired requirements for students to appear on the report
    • Under "Do Not List If", check the desired requirements for student to not appear on the report
  4. Click "OK" after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired. A list of students will appear based on the settings of the setup box
