This report breaks down discipline by ethnics and gender

How-To

  1. Log into WebPams page
  2. On the left, click on Discipline
  3. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word Count
  4. Click on Discipline Summary Report that appears under List
  5. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
  6. Grade: Defaults to blank, this will show all grades, or click in the cell and choose the grades needed for the report from the pick box.
    • From and To both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
  7. Show: Click in the radio button to make the selection of Incident Count or Student Count.
  8. Show District Totals Only: Click in the square to select the district totals.
  9. Click the OK button to begin the Discipline Summary Report.


Definitions of Column Headers

  1. Site: Number of school
  2. Grade: Student`s grade
  3. White: Ethnicity
    • Female: White female
    • Male: White Male
  4. Black: Ethnicity
    • Female: Black female
    • Male: Black Male
  5. Hispanic: Ethnicity
    • Female: Hispanic female
    • Male: Hispanic Male
  6. Asian': Ethnicity
    • Female: Asian female
    • Male: Asian Male
  7. Native Amer/Alaskan Native': Ethnicity
    • Female: Native Amer/Alaskan Native
    • Male: Native Amer/Alaskan Native
  8. Female: No action taken
  9. Male: No action taken
  10. Total: Totals for all students
    • Female: Total female
    • Male: Total male


Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Summary Report

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
