- The student`s name will be white in the list to signify a Minor referral when no Teacher Action or Admin Action has been taken. The student`s name will be white for a Major referral when Teacher Action 06 has been chosen by the teacher but Admin Action is taken yet.
- The student`s name will be orange in the list to signify it is a Minor referral. This shows that the Teacher Action of anything other than code `06` on Ref page 2 was chosen AND also the referral does not have an Admin Action on the Admin page.
- The student`s name will be red in the list to signify when it is a Major referral because an Amin Action has been added. There is no regard to a Teacher Action at this point.
